This week, during our Forest schools sessions, we made elderflower cordial. We went on a walk to collect the flowers, then brought them back to school where we added sugar, lemon zest and juice and boiling water. We left the mixture over night then today we sieved the mixture and bottled it up. We can't wait to taste it.
