Wow! This afternoon has been wonderful. The children have worked so hard and well together to create some extraordinary hedgehog houses. They have come up with some innovative ways to use natural resources to make a sufficient home for the hedgehogs to use to protect them from predators.
Some of the children have been working towards their Forest Schools awards this afternoon, practising using a flint and steel to light cotton wool. I am so proud of the resilience the children have shown and how well they shared their knowledge to help each other.
